We have plenty of space at both our gyms so you won’t feel cramped, and you can select from a range of cardio equipment such as treadmills, elliptical machines and a Ski trainer.  Our free weights area is extensive with dumbbells and barbells, squat racks, Smith machines and benches providing multiple options. And if you like functional training we have a separate area with mats, plyo boxes, TRX and boxing bags.

How old do I need to be to train at Peninsula Fitness?2021-04-13T15:26:33+10:00

If you are under 18 years old you will need a parent or guardian to provide an authority for you to join. If you are under 16 years old you will need to be accompanied by an adult when you train.

Yes, these are a great way to get vastly improved results from your training efforts. We offer one on one sessions with our Cert IV qualified PT’s and you can purchase one off sessions or a multi package.

Yes we do. Both our locations have spacious showers and change rooms for your use.

For your own health and safety and that of other members you will need a towel and closed shoes to train.

Yes, during staffed hours we will be happy to provide you with any assistance or guidance you might need.

We understand the importance of making you feel welcome and comfortable whether you’re an experienced gym goer or new to working out. The first step is to have one of our friendly ‘fit crew’ walk you through the gym and offer you some initial advice, along with answering any questions you may have. We also include a complimentary training program to help get you started. We are an unpretentious ‘old school’ style of gym and we’re confident you’ll enjoy meeting your fitness goals with us.

Yes, we have plenty of convenient and free parking available at both our locations.

How do I cancel my membership2021-04-13T15:31:39+10:00

We understand your circumstances can change. Give us a call during staffed hours and we’ll take care of that for you. We require 30 days notice for any Flexi memberships. If you are under a contract rate there may be a cancellation fee applicable.

Can I place my membership on hold or suspension?2021-04-10T16:05:02+10:00

Yes, if you are going to be away or won’t be able to visit the gym for any reason just let us know and we’ll arrange to put a hold on your payments.

Yes, we have a semi automated defebrillator at each of our locations and our staff have completed CPR training.
